Gartenstadt Marga Senftenberg

Built between 1907 and 1915 for workers of Ilse Bergbau AG, the Marga garden city is located in Senftenberg-Brieske and comprises 78 residential buildings. In addition to the circular layout, the architecture in the late Art Nouveau style and the individual design of the houses are particularly striking. Guided tours of the garden city are offered at the Kaiserkrone exhibition centre.
