Besucherbergwerk F 60
A colossus of steel awaits visitors to the F60 mine in Lichterfeld, Brandenburg. The mighty overburden conveyor bridge, which was in use from 1991 to 1992, weighs a full 11,000 tonnes and measures 502 metres in length. It can be admired not only from the footpath, but also from the 75 metre high accessible top of the bridge.
