The KiC Kunst in der Carlshütte has been located in the building of the former Carlshütte iron foundry in Büdelsdorf since 1999. With its foundry halls, the site is a perfect setting for the promotion of art and culture. In addition to the well-known NordArt exhibition, the Carlshütte also provides a home for the international orchestra academy of the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival.
