Eckernförder Bucht
The Eckernförde Bay stretches for around 17 kilometres between the Schlei and the Kiel Fjord. The Hüttener Berge, which extend along the estuary, are a popular local excursion destination. The natural paradise directly off the Baltic Sea coast is characterised by mountains, lakes, moors and idyllic forests.
