Built in the 18th century,Molsdorf Castle near Erfurt impresses not only with its ornate façade. The lavish splendour of the Baroque period is also evident in the interiors, which are richly decorated with gold and paintings. The ballroom on the upper floor alone houses 33 works of art. A landscaped garden in the natural English style stretches out in front of the castle.
