The Rüppurr outdoor pool is very popular among Karlsruhe residents thanks to its large green areas and sunbathing lawns. The pool is ideal for fitness-oriented swimmers as well as children, teenagers, and parents as a nearby recreational oasis. Swimmers can do their laps in a large 25m x 50m pool. For non-swimmers, there is a separate pool with water jets and a waterfall. A 79-meter-long giant slide with adventure themes is one of the pool's main attractions. There is also another double slide and a paddling pool with a slide for the youngest visitors. For fun and games on land, there is a sports and children's playground next to the large sunbathing lawn. In addition to table tennis and ring tennis, there is also space to play soccer. Two beach volleyball courts are further main attractions. Two kiosks cater to visitors' physical well-being.
