Historischer Stadtkern Beeskow

The historic town centre of Beeskow lies to the west of the Spree. Large parts of the city wall are still preserved today. St. Mary's, one of the largest brick churches in the state, sits enthroned in the centre. A walk across the river takes you to Beeskow Castle, which dates back to the 14th century. In addition to a museum on the city's history, it also houses changing art exhibitions.
