Historischer Stadtkern Treuenbrietzen

The historic town centre of Treuenbrietzen is surrounded by parks and the Nieplitz river. Heavily damaged in the Thirty Years' War, historic half-timbered houses still bear witness to the medieval buildings. The guild house from 1540 is even considered one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the state of Brandenburg. St Mary's Church with its Romanesque architecture dates back to the 13th century.
