The Hornisgrinde mountain, the Mummelsee lake and the Achertal valley are part of the Black Forest National Park and together form an impressive landscape. A viewing tower on the Hornisgrinde, the highest point in the northern Black Forest, offers breathtaking views. Just below is the legendary Mummelsee lake directly on the popular Black Forest High Road tourist route. Meanwhile, the Achertal valley is a paradise for hikers and cyclists.
