The terminal at Rostock-Laage Airport is home to an aviation exhibition that shortens the wait for departure. In addition to a life-size Cessna, a replica of the historic Heinkel He 178 test aeroplane is also on display here. Travellers and visitors to the gallery can also find out more about the Luftwaffe's 73 "Steinhoff" squadron and the training of fighter pilots. There is even a virtual reality simulator available.
