Mühlen-Freilichtmuseum

The world's largest exhibition of life-size mills can be found at the Gifhorn Open-Air Mill Museum. They are spread over a park of around 15 hectares and come from different parts of the world. In addition to Dutch and Greek mills, the museum also includes water treadmills from the Far East. In the exhibition hall, the focus is on the production process from grain to finished flour.
