Naturpark Lauenburgische Seen
The Lauenburg Lakes Nature Park, south of Lübeck, is the oldest nature park in Schleswig-Holstein. Crossed by numerous lakes, the park provides a resting and breeding area for more than 20,000 water birds every year, including the white-tailed eagle. Idyllic biotopes that have been able to develop over thousands of years ensure a great diversity of flora and fauna.
