Schloß Glücksburg

The landmark of the town of Glücksburg is the castle of the same name, which nestles against the Flensburg Fjord not far from the Baltic Sea. The new building was built towards the end of the 16th century. Built at the beginning of the 19th century, it is one of the most important in northern Europe. Today, the moated castle and its park are open for tours and offer you an insight into its centuries-old history.
