Seegebiet Süßer See
The Süßer See lake area is surrounded by vineyards and orchards. Contrary to its name, the lake is salty and excellent for sailing and surfing. Every year in July, the synchronised musical fireworks of "See in Flammen" transform the water into a sea of lights. The discovery of an approximately 3,000-year-old settlement at the bottom of the lake is also a real sensation!
