Seeland

The "Harzer Seeland" nature reserve is located in the northern Harz foreland. Highlights include the Concordia Lake with an area of around 3.5 square kilometres and the largest outdoor playground in Saxony-Anhalt, the Adventure Land. Visitors to the region can hike or cycle along around 15 kilometres of the route. The R1 European cycle path leads directly to the FRISP cycle rest and information point, which offers beautiful views of the lake.
