Textilindustrie Limbach-Oberfrohna

The textile industry has a long tradition in Limbach-Oberfrohna. Already in the 18th century, hosiery knitters went about their work here. In 1904, Limbach products were even honoured at the World Exhibition. Visitors can find out more about the region's industrial heritage at the Esche Museum. This is located in an old hosiery factory and presents numerous original machines from three centuries.
