Torgau Schloss Hartenfels
Hartenfels Castle in Torgau is one of the most important Renaissance buildings in Saxony and has been home to many illustrious personalities. The castle chapel was not only consecrated by Martin Luther himself. Hartenfels Castle is also the birthplace of Elector Frederick the Wise. A special attraction: To this day, there is an enclosure with real brown bears in the castle moat.
