Historischer Stadtkern Luckau
The most outstanding monument in Luckau's historic town centre is the brick church of St. Nikolai, which is particularly famous for its gilded pulpit and merchants' boxes. Remains of the town's defences are still visible today at the "Red Tower". Visitors can admire Luckau's Italian architecture around the market square: Gabled houses richly decorated with stucco are enthroned here.
