General information:

The Badische Winzerkeller Breisach eG is the largest producer-winery of Europe. It represents approximately 1,800 ha of vineyards in 9 regions from Lake Constance in the south to Tauberfranken in the north, and about 3000 wine-growers. Over 500 different wines are produced here per year, separated by terroir and grape varieties.

One of the largest wooden barrel cellars in Europe is still in use and represents the exquisite winegrowers’ craft. In an underground wine archive store wine treasures since the early days of the Badischer Winzerkeller. Guided tours with wine tasting every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday (during the summer) at 14:30 and by appointment, tel: +49 7667 9000.
