Welcome to

The 18-meter-high observation tower on the Gansnest offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the Upper Danube Nature Park. The view is varied in all four directions: to the north, you can see the deeply carved Bära Valley. To the **northeast** are the rocks at the edge of the Danube valley: Rauher Stein, Eichfels and Altstadtfels, and to the **east** on a high rocky ridge is Bronnen Castle. To the **south** is the small town of Fridingen and to the west is the romantic Danube valley with the districts of Mühlheim lying in the valley. In the **northwest**, already on the Albtrauf, stands the Lemberg, the highest mountain in the Swabian Alb, with its iron observation tower.
