BORSO offers feel-good gastronomy for everyone between the age of 21 and 61, for residents and young families, for students, for the creative scene from Freiburg as well as football fans and night owls.
BORSO wasn’t built in a day. After a long planning period the grand opening was 11-11-11. Gastronomes, guests and artists shared the idea to give a new appearance to the old “Bettelstudent”.
With the conviction to provide a nice place for Freiburg’s gastronomy and cultural scene in the heart of the Sedan-quarter we are very much looking forward to your visit!
