Tree of Friendship - Arbre de l'Amitié

General information

The twin town partnership between Bad Krozingen and the two Provençal towns of Gréoux-les-Bains and Esparron de Verdon celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2016.
Town Mayor Dr. Georges Bonal (Gréoux-les-Bains) and Town Mayor Dr. Wolfgang Fuchs (Bad Krozingen) signed the certificate to seal the official partnership in October 1985.

The past three decades have been shaped by lots of encounters and contacts, pleasant experiences and memories of the exchange. The anniversary was duly celebrated in the Provence - 165 people including Town Mayor Volker Kieber, representatives from the local councils, the fire service and the German Red Cross took part in the visit to Gréoux-les-Bains and Esparron de Verdon.
