The Darwineum at Rostock Zoo takes visitors on a journey through the history of life. Millions of years of evolution are presented here with the help of display boards and models. Great apes are also at the centre of the exhibition. The elaborately designed tropical house is home to orangutans and gorillas, which you can observe through viewing windows.
