Funkerberg 1, 15711 Königs Wusterhausen

Funkerberg Königs Wusterhausen
The Funkerberg in Königs Wusterhausen is inextricably linked with the history of broadcasting. The first German radio programme was broadcast here in 1920 and can still be heard in the broadcasting room today. Visitors can experience the development of broadcasting with the help of original exhibits. Particularly impressive is the still-functioning 1,000 hp Deutz diesel engine, the last of its kind.
