Schöntal Monastery

The former Cistercian monastery Schöntal is idyllically situated in the Jagst valley. The striking double tower façade, the surrounding baroque landscape and the burial place of the knight Götz von Berlichingen lend the monastery historical charm. Today it is an educational centre of the Rottenburg-Stuttgart diocese and offers guests a relaxing stay with 150 beds, a garden, a lounge and a restaurant with a terrace.
