The Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn welcomed its first bathers at the second half of the 19th century. The lovingly reconstructed Arendsee Kurhaus from 1874 still bears witness to this today. The beach promenade and the fine sandy beach invite you to relax.  A popular photo motif is the 240 metre long Kühlungsborn Ost pier. Right next to it, visitors can see a border tower from the GDR era.
