Welcome to Villa Urbana Longuich

The ancient bathing facility of this magnificent manor house has been rebuilt, creating a place to enjoy a pleasant stay. Not in the bathtub, of course, but in the outdoor area with a wide view over Longuich and the vineyards. Right next door, you will find a vineyard with ancient vine training.

The remaining parts of the estate have not been excavated and rebuilt. The structure must have been enormous. The front was probably 110 m wide! There were open porticoes, as can still be seen on site. The entire building was plastered and lavishly decorated. The wellness facility had a warm water bath, a cold water bath, and a sweat room. Of course, there was a heating system and black-and-white marble cladding. And when one "had to," they went to a latrine that was flushed with water from the basins. There was also a water pipeline from the heights to the valley, but it is still hidden underground. However, you will find one in Pölich that you can even walk into partially.
