Located in the south-east of Baden-Württemberg, Wangen im Allgäu looks back on a rich history dating back to the early Middle Ages. Not far from Lake Constance, it offers visitors a variety of experiences. The historic city centre tells stories of craftsmen and noble families. These impressions are complemented by architectural highlights such as the famous Frauentor gate, now Ravensburger gate, which has existed since the city was founded.
