Our property is situated on a small hill below the "Hausener Wand," an imposing rock formation on the right bank of the Danube. Enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Danube Valley from our garden terrace or relax in our spacious beer garden. In our cozy dining room, we display works by Beuron-based photographer Andreas Beck. In our kitchen, we use fresh, partly organic ingredients without artificial flavors or flavor enhancers. Not only does it taste better, but it’s also better for you. Our specialty is homemade Maultaschen. When shopping, we prioritize products from the Upper Danube Nature Park. This is our way of supporting the region—where we live and from which we make our living. **From Easter through May 1**, we are open on weekends and holidays starting at 12 p.m. **From May 1 to mid-September**, we open daily at 12 p.m. On most days (weather permitting), we’re here for you as early as 10 a.m. We usually close at 9 p.m., though earlier in wet or cold weather. On the other hand, we stay open longer on beautiful summer nights, depending on the mood of our guests. **Closed:** Outside of Baden-Württemberg’s school holidays (Pentecost and summer), we are closed on **Tuesdays** and **Wednesdays**. **From mid-September through the end of October**, when the weather is nice, we are open on weekends and holidays from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
