"Regional shopping" in Emmendingen

Since 2023, Emmendingen has been part of "Heimat shoppen", an initiative of the IHK Südlicher Oberrhein. Here, everything revolves around the core message "Regional shopping and enjoyment". In this guide you will find all #HeimatShops in Emmendingen and to make your stay in the city center as pleasant and entertaining as possible, you will also find an overview of parking facilities, playgrounds and drinking fountains.

    This year, the pedestrian zone between Lammstraße and Landvogtei will be transformed into an enchanting Advent village with a great display of lights. In the glow of fairy lights, illuminated stars and twinkling Christmas trees, numerous associations, institutions and artisans will be offering their homemade products as well as culinary delights.

    Throughout the weekend, visitors can take a relaxed stroll around the market and browse the stalls or socialize at bar tables with a mulled wine and delicious food. The stalls are open on Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm and on Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm.
